When you contact us

When you use our form or email us, we process your name, email address and message to respond and, where appropriate, take steps towards a contract. When available, enquiries also include campaign parameters from the page link, the landing page and the referring website’s hostname so we can understand how enquiries reach us. Messages are delivered to our email inbox; the website does not create a separate customer database.

We handle requests about a possible contract under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR and other correspondence and enquiry attribution under our legitimate interests in responding and understanding our enquiries, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. We retain correspondence only as long as needed for these purposes and applicable legal obligations.

Hosting, security and email

Cloudflare delivers and protects this website and may process technical request data such as IP address, browser, requested URL and access time. Cloudflare Turnstile checks form submissions for automated abuse. Accepted enquiries are sent to our inbox through Resend. Cloudflare Web Analytics may provide aggregate visit and performance information without analytics cookies. This processing serves our legitimate interests in operating a secure website, preventing spam and understanding aggregate website use.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses no advertising cookies and does not load Google Analytics. The language is selected through the page address. Turnstile processes technical information for the security check and loads only when you open the contact form.

Recipients and international transfers

We use Cloudflare, Resend and our email provider Fastmail where needed to operate the site and handle your enquiry. Providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; the safeguards in their applicable data processing terms, such as standard contractual clauses, apply.
